Forms make it easy for local and regional Youth Art Month coordinators to send updates to the state Youth Art Month Chairperson to create the Year in Review Report.
Refer to the “How to Create and Use a Form to Collect Participant Information” for online data collection and documentation. Change the parameters on the form to track spending, donations, events, and media. Data collected in the form is automatically listed in a spreadsheet that can be downloaded to quickly summarize this important information.
Council for Art Education annually recognizes state Youth Art Month programs based on the Year in Review report documentation. Outstanding Youth Art Month programs are recognized at NAEA.
Additional information will be provided later in 2025 on how and when states should submit Year in Review reports to CFAE.
